About the TransForm Shared Service Organization
PROcure is a not-for-profit, non-share-capital, supply chain shared service organization consisting of five hospital organizations within the Erie St. Clair Local Healthcare Integration Network. The hospitals include: Bluewater Health, Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Leamington District Memorial Hospital, Windsor Regional Hospital, and Hôtel-Dieu Grace Hospital. PROcure’s mandate is to provide supply chain services including Accounts Payable, Procurement, Sourcing and Logistics to member healthcare organizations across the ESC LHIN.
